It's a good thing that Iowa IS NOT affected as so many other parts of the country! However, it's unfortunate that the media has so much influence in our lives today! It is obvious that some folks today have developed, with resulting hesitancy as it relates to the purchase of real estate. On the other hand, there are those who recognize an excellent buying opportuntiy and are also taking advantage of the "fantastic" interest rates available!
